El hijo de Ruby [Ruby's son]
How do we heal and mend a relationship with someone who has died?
In this souful short documentary, a young man named Lionel embarks on a journey to heal the memory of his late father through the one thing they share: Bomba, the Afro-Caribbean dance and music tradition. Returning to the neighborhoods and cultural spaces his father - who struggled with addiction - once moved through, Lionel finds healing, forgiveness, and identity dancing in his father's footsteps.
